Four days of city, river and culture — Kampala's tombs, markets and night life, then Jinja for white-water rafting at the source of the Nile.
Four days at the heart of Uganda — the capital's history and street food on day one, the Nile's first miles on day two, and white-water or quieter river activities on day three.
Day 1 — Kampala city tour: Kasubi tombs, Buganda Parliament, Gaddafi mosque, Owino market.
Day 2 — Transfer to Jinja; afternoon boat cruise at the source of the Nile.
Day 3 — White-water rafting on the Nile (Grade 5) or quieter kayak/tubing alternative.
Day 4 — Return to Kampala / Entebbe via Mabira Forest walk.
