Kuzuri Escapades is a native-owned travel company headquartered at Ham Towers, Wandegeya — Room H:12, P.O. Box 202305, Kampala. When this policy refers to "we", "us" or "our", it refers to Kuzuri Escapades Ltd.

When you enquire, book, or correspond with us we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, dietary or mobility notes, passport information for permit applications, and any additional context you share to help us craft your itinerary.

• To prepare and send your custom travel proposal.
• To book permits, lodges, transport and activities on your behalf.
• To communicate updates about your itinerary before and during travel.
• To comply with legal, tax and immigration requirements.

We share the minimum information required with the specific lodges, national park authorities, permit offices, airlines and ground partners involved in your itinerary. We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

Active enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Booking and tax records are kept for the period required by Ugandan law (typically 7 years). You may request earlier deletion of non-statutory data at any time.

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Write to info@kuzuri-escapades.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
