Twenty days, all four major regions, two great-ape encounters, the Nile from source to falls, and the far-northern wilderness of Kidepo Valley — Uganda at its most complete.
Days 1-3 — Entebbe → Jinja → Sipi Falls (source of the Nile, three-tier waterfalls).
Days 4-6 — Kidepo Valley NP (Karamoja's remote north).
Days 7-9 — Murchison Falls (game drives + launch cruise + top-of-falls).
Days 10-11 — Kibale chimpanzee tracking.
Days 12-14 — Queen Elizabeth NP + Kyambura Gorge.
Days 15-17 — Bwindi gorilla trekking + Lake Bunyonyi.
Days 18-19 — Lake Mburo walking & boat safari.
Day 20 — Return to Entebbe.
