Day 1 — Guided city tour: Independence Monument, Gaddafi National Mosque, Kabaka's Palace and the local markets, with a Rolex tasting along the way. Evening in Kololo, Bugolobi or Kisementi for live music, rooftop lounges and Kampala's nightlife.
Day 2 — Boda-boda day. Helmeted up with a trusted rider and a local guide, weave through Nakasero, Owino, Kisenyi and Kololo — the city as locals actually move through it. Lunch of matooke, luwombo and grilled meats, then an optional sunset ride to a city viewpoint.
