Sixteen days through every flagship park — Murchison, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Kyambura, Bwindi, Lake Mutanda, Bunyonyi and Mburo.
Sixteen days, eight parks and lakes, two great-ape encounters, the largest concentration of hippos on the continent — this is Uganda in long form. Time is built in for the slow moments: a paddle on Bunyonyi, a sundowner on Mutanda, a top-of-the-falls hike at Murchison.
Days 1-4 — Entebbe → Murchison Falls (game drives + launch cruise).
Days 5-6 — Kibale chimpanzee tracking.
Days 7-9 — Queen Elizabeth NP: Kasenyi, Kazinga Channel, Kyambura Gorge chimps.
Days 10-11 — Lake Bunyonyi & Bwindi gorilla trekking.
Days 12-13 — Lake Mutanda and second gorilla trek (optional permit).
Days 14-15 — Lake Mburo walking & boat safari.
Day 16 — Return to Entebbe via the Equator.
