14 Days Uganda Big 5 Safari with Primates & Tree-Climbing Lions

A fortnight in a private 4×4 through the wildest corners of Uganda — six national parks, two great forests, and almost every iconic East African animal in one trip. Long enough to feel a country, not just visit one.

Day 1 — Entebbe arrival with an optional Kampala city tour.

Day 2 — North to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for foot-tracking white rhino.

Day 3 — Murchison morning game drive, a long Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls, and an evening drive into the buffalo herds.

Day 4 — Up to the Top of the Falls — the most violent point on the Nile — then south-west to Fort Portal.

Day 5 — Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru caves and the long, scenic transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP.

Day 6 — Kasenyi plains game drive and an afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise.

Day 7 — Chimpanzee tracking in Kalinzu Forest, then onward to Bwindi.

Day 8 — Bwindi gorilla morning, then up to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in the Virungas.

Day 9 — Golden monkey tracking among the bamboo of Mgahinga, then north to Lake Mburo NP.

Day 10 — A walking safari, mountain biking and a boat ride at Lake Mburo, then back to Kampala.

Day 11 — Across to Jinja and Sezibwa Falls; out by boat to the Source of the Nile.

Day 12 — Quad biking on the Nile bank and transfer to Kapchorwa.

Day 13 — A Sipi Falls hike and a forest nature walk.

Day 14 — Drive back to Entebbe via Jinja for departure.
