Our most ambitious itinerary — four East African countries in fourteen days, combining Tarangire, the Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Volcanoes and Bwindi.
An epic fourteen-day expedition across all four major safari countries in East Africa.
Day 1 — Tarangire / Lake Manyara National Park (Tanzania) — pickup from Arusha and afternoon game drive.
Day 2 — Transfer to the Serengeti for a Seronera-area game drive.
Day 3 — Serengeti to Ngorongoro with a morning game drive en route.
Day 4 — Ngorongoro Crater game drive, then transfer to Arusha and fly to Nairobi.
Day 5 — Hell's Gate National Park (Kenya).
Day 6 — Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Day 7 — Lake Nakuru to the Maasai Mara.
Day 8 — Maasai Mara full-day game drive, then transfer to Nairobi / Entebbe.
Day 9 — Ngamba Island chimpanzee sanctuary in Uganda.
Day 10 — Transfer to Kibale Forest via Fort Portal.
Day 11 — Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest.
Day 12 — Cross into Rwanda for Volcanoes National Park (Parc National des Volcans).
Day 13 — Mountain gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda.
Day 14 — Transfer back to Kampala or fly out via Kigali.
