The Package
Fourteen days from the Maasai Mara to Bwindi — Kenya's classic parks paired with Uganda's primates, tree-climbing lions and mountain gorillas.
Begin in Nairobi and head into the Maasai Mara for the great cats and the Migration. Cross into Uganda for the source of the Nile in Jinja, chimpanzee tracking in Kibale, Queen Elizabeth's savannahs and the Ishasha tree-climbing lions, then trek mountain gorillas in Bwindi.
Days 1–4 — Arrival in Nairobi and three days exploring the Maasai Mara, including a Maasai cultural encounter.
Day 5 — Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Day 6 — Early game drive in Nakuru, then cross the border into Uganda.
Day 7 — Transfer to Jinja and a boat ride to the Source of the Nile.
Day 8 — Drive to Kibale Forest National Park.
Day 9 — Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale (optional habituation experience).
Days 10–11 — Crater Lakes exploration and full Queen Elizabeth experience: game drives and a Kazinga Channel boat cruise.
Day 12 — Transfer to Bwindi via the Ishasha sector for tree-climbing lions.
Day 13 — Mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Day 14 — Transfer to Entebbe for an evening or night flight, with a lunch stop at the Equator.
